The GXD 4 from QSC is a lightweight (11.3 lbs) power amplifier designed for professional PA systems, supporting speakers with 4 and 8 ohm loads and delivering up to 1600W output. It features a class D output stage, a universal power supply, and an integrated DSP with High and Low-Pass filters, a 4-band parametric EQ, signal alignment delay, and RMS/Peak protection limiting. Connectivity options include parallel XLR and 1/4″ TRS inputs with loop-through, as well as professional binding posts and NL4 connectors. The unit also provides smart speaker protection settings based on output and impedance, and includes a standard IEC power cord.
