It introduces multi-mode filters for precise reverb shaping and includes innovative pitch algorithms and a new Surround Room. An “Infinite” reverb switch enables endless reverb for unique soundscapes and post-production effects.

The Lexicon PCM96 Surround is a stereo and surround hardware reverb/effects processor that offers 50 classic Lexicon reverbs, delays, and modulation effects, along with new pitch algorithms and a Surround Room. It features multi-mode filters for precise reverb shaping and includes an infinite reverb switch for creating continuous sound effects, making it suitable for both music and post-production environments.

The PCM96 Surround enhances the acclaimed PCM96 with additional presets, configuration options, and expanded I/O capabilities. It offers industry-standard reverbs and effects with exceptional flexibility. Available in two versions: one with 6 XLR Stereo AES I/Os or another with 2 DB25 6-channel analog I/O and 1 DB25 6-channel digital I/O. Both versions include MIDI and Wordclock features.
